Justina Siuba is dedicated to improving health and well-being for children, families, and communities through policy and systems-level change. She has convened subject matter experts to drive evidence-based policy change, established data governance infrastructure for integrated and actionable early childhood data in South Carolina, and developed programs and services to support stress management and well-being at the University of South Carolina.
The scope of her public health career includes diverse experiences, such as empowering individuals to adopt sustainable behavior changes through wellness coaching and authoring evidence-based reports to support system-level change. Justina’s approach is human-centered, rooted in strong relationships, and transparent communication.
