Erinn Havig

Senior Advisor – Washington

Erinn Havig is a dedicated leader in family support, prevention work, and child welfare. With more than 27 years of experience in the private and public sector, Erinn has worked intensively to provide family support and parent education, particularly for families involved in the child welfare system. For 10 years, she worked in the public sector implementing state-level prevention and innovative programming aimed at reducing child welfare involvement and addressing systemic inequities. Most recently, Erinn served as the state innovation specialist for the ZERO TO THREE Safe Babies Infant Toddler Court Program and supported states across the country in taking strategic policy actions, developing early childhood systems and building collaborative partnerships to meet the needs of children and families. Erinn holds a Master of Social Work degree and has previously taught field education courses for child welfare workers in Washington State.
