Olivia Tom has worked for Foster America since her graduation from Smith College in 2019. Olivia is deeply passionate about child welfare reform and family advocacy and has previous experience working at San Francisco-based organizations including Safe & Sound; and Compass Family Services. She is currently pursuing her a Master of Social Work degree from UC Berkeley with a specialization in strengthening children, youth, and families.
