Holding a degree in social welfare from UC Berkeley and a certificate from NYU in diversity, equity, and inclusion, they are a passionate advocate for positive change. As a community and coalition builder, Julian has not only spearheaded impactful community programs with a wide range of stakeholders but has also provided invaluable support to businesses in reshaping their equity strategies. Julian’s core mission is to challenge and reshape existing systems, fostering increased access and equity. Deeply grounded in the belief that people should be at the heart of any transformative effort, she blends leadership, talent management, and operational acumen to engineer systems that meet the diverse needs of businesses and those engaged in the work.
