Jennifer Outlaw is passionate about the transformative power of small actions. Describing herself as a teacher, coach, change agent, and lifelong learner, she has dedicated 25 years to roles spanning clinical social work, juvenile justice, Managed Medicaid, and child welfare. Having previously served as the Chief Program Officer at a prominent New York nonprofit, she now teaches part-time at Capella University in its Master of Social Work program. Jennifer has an MSW from New York University and is currently pursuing a PhD in Leadership and Change at Antioch University. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, quality time with family, reading, and engaging in self-care activities. She is committed to creating meaningful moments that amplify the voices of individuals and communities affected by racism and discrimination, emphasizing the significance of fostering connections to ensure people feel acknowledged, listened to, and respected.
