Brian Clapier most recently served as the senior director for data advocacy at Casey Family Programs. In this role, Brian worked with public agency child welfare systems to use data to drive strategic planning, prioritization, and decision-making, as well as to shape a national narrative focused on decreasing the number of children in foster care and improving child and family well-being. Previously, Brian served as the associate commissioner for research and analysis at New York’s ACS and as a deputy commissioner at the Philadelphia Department of Human Services. In these roles, he was responsible for leadership and oversight of agency-wide analytics, outcome measurement, monitoring of contracted providers, and organizational quality improvement efforts.
