Foster America is excited to announce new opportunities to join our work to prevent systems involvement for families in need of resources.
As we continue to innovate and reimagine child welfare systems, we invite passionate changemakers to partner with us in the next leg of our exciting journey to assure all families have what they need to thrive.
With the support of the Doris Duke Foundation, we are hiring three senior advisors to facilitate our prevention work in Kentucky, Oregon, and Washington, D.C. We will embed one senior advisor in each partner site as part of a multi-year effort to design equity-centered, community-driven alternatives to traditional child welfare system approaches.
Applicants should bring experience in community co-design, collective impact, participatory governance or a similar field — with a track record of bringing diverse networks together.
We’re looking for changemakers excited to facilitate an advisory body (including parents, advocates, young people, community groups, service providers, and inter-governmental agencies) and collaborate with public agency partners on prevention-focused family supports.
Be the first to find out about the work Foster America is doing to transform how our nation supports families.
