Dan Stephens is a Partner at McKinsey & Company in Washington, DC. He serves clients across industries, including financial services firms, US and foreign public sector agencies, and technology firms. His areas of expertise and experience include customer experience transformation, digital banking and payments business building and operational performance improvement. During his career at McKinsey, Dan has held several operating and people roles, including leading the recruitment program in Washington, D.C., running the Business Analyst program in New York, and leading associate people processes in the Mid-Atlantic. Dan holds a JD from Harvard Law School and an AB from Princeton University.
