Building on the success of the fellowship model on which we were founded, Foster America evolved our approach in 2023 to better serve children and families through three distinct workstreams: innovation, changemakers, and knowledge.
To transformation the child welfare system, we need those with the drive and the dedication to test and scale innovative solutions, then share what’s working — and what isn’t. These principles drove our work in 2023, when we celebrated new partnerships, strengthened existing relationships, and welcomed new members to our team who believe as we do: a better future is possible, and we can build it together.
