As an executive, he developed strategic plans that led a management team to expand support for nearly 10,000 families in 23 schools in Memphis. He has worked for organizations including Communities In Schools and KIPP Public Schools, managing core operations. He is a proud husband, father and member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc.
