Emily Ente is a natural team leader, systems builder, and resourceful problem-solver who partners well with visionary leaders to drive change. A graduate of Williams College (bachelor’s) and the Yale School of Management (Master of Business Administration), Emily has spent most of her career at early-stage nonprofit education and child welfare organizations. She has also worked as a human capital consultant at Deloitte. Emily is a big believer in positive organizational culture and centering lived experience to help children, families, and communities thrive.
