Charndra McKay has often been described as the glue of her team, working behind the scenes to anticipate needs, offer support, and encourage others. Charndra holds a degree in human services from Simmons University (formerly Simmons College) and a meeting and event planning certificate from Northeastern University. Charndra is also a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach. She joined Foster America with 20+ years of experience in administration/organizational support and a lifelong passion for improving the lives of children and families.
